Week #42 Weekly Challenge

Due to some changes and a few technical issues that have occurred as we have migrated servers over the past couple of weeks, our online newsletter was delayed by a few days. Since we highlighted our monthly Sketch Challenge in the newsletter, we will be leaving the challenge from week #41 (October's Monthly Sketch) open for participation this week as well. We've got a new challenge for Week #42 below, but we will also be accepting entries in the Week #41 Sketch Challenge gallery throughout this week. If you are looking for the October Sketch Challenge, please refer to the Week #41 post below. :)

Week #42 Weekly Challenge:
Wallet-sized photos are all the rage! These smaller 2.5"x 3.5" size photos can be printed from most home printers on standard 4"x 6" printer paper, making them easy to acquire and economical (2 photos will fit on one 4"x 6" photo sheet). And, the smaller size makes them the perfect size to use as accent photos on any layout.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: Create a layout that contains at least (2) wallet-sized photos.

Upload your layout to the following folder by 9:00 a.m. CST on Monday, October 26th to be entered into the drawing: WEEK #42 CHALLENGE FOLDER

Here is an example of a layout created by Brenda Carpenter for our October Idea Gallery. Brenda used several wallet-sized photos to accent the focal point photo and to further illustrate her story.

THE PRIZE: Third time's a charm! WE'VE GOT ONE MORE 12X12 DOUBLE DECK PAPER PAD FROM COSMO CRICKET (48 sheets of Patterned Paper from the brand new Boyfriend and Earth Love paper lines.) Here's your last chance to win this great pack of patterned papers!!

  3. Here's my take on the challenge. I really liked using the smaller prints, and I am going to use more of them on my layouts! I uploaded to the gallery, and here's the link.
